Is my puppy's eye and nose discoloration normal or entropion?

What you are describing sounds like entropion (the eyelid rolls inward) but this typically doesn't occur as dogs age. I would recommend bringing Milo to a veterinarian to have them evaluate his eyes and see if there is a scratch or infection so it can be properly treated. Hello, Lioh's may be undergoing de-pigmentation changes in his nose either due to sun allergy if he is outdoors a lot or a form of vitiligo. If sun allergy, this can be very itchy and may spread to other parts of the body. Vitiligo is mainly a cosmetic change that doesn't require medical management. You may monitor for sneezing, bleeding, or rubbing at his nose and consider taking him to your veterinarian if he is showing any of these. Otherwise, he looks like a very cute guy. Hope this helps

I'm sure she would be happy to discuss your concerns with Luffy. As far as the eye discharge goes, I would start by rinsing the eyes with a saline solution twice a day. This can be purchased in most grocery or drug stores near the contact lens supplies. Dark yellow urine is very normal and a sign that the kidneys are functioning well. If you think Luffy isn't drinking enough you can always add water to the food, but dark, concerntrated urine is quite normal.

You can continue with the Tobrex but if no improvement after 5-7 days he should see a vet. I suspect he may have entropion but I cannot tell for by looking at photos. This white covering you are seeing is likely Tyson's third eyelid, which is a normal part of a dog's anatomy but should only come out when his eyes are closed such as when he is sleeping. When you see it out while his eye is open, that is a sign of illness such as an eye infection or foreign body in the eye. Clearly his eye is bothering him if he is rubbing at it, and you need to put an Ecollar on him to keep him from doing that because he could make the problem worse. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Entropion is very common in Sharpei dogs. If it is causing a problem it does need surgical correction, and many times it will need to be repeated as a puppy grows. However if the eyelid is rubbing the eye there's the potential for corneal ulcer ration or damage said the surgery should not be delayed in these cases. Shar-Peis can often have multiple health concerns throughout their lifetime regarding their eyes, ears, skin. The change in pigment can be due to excessive tearing or irritation from Luna rubbing the skin around her eyes. I recommend having her eyes checked, it looks like she may have mild conjunctivitis.
