My puppy threw up, won't eat or drink, and is very sleepy. What to do?

Poor girl. She may have an internal illness that is making her not want to eat. Since it has been more than 24 hrs I would encourage you to take her to your vet to get checked out. She may have an infection, organ malfunction, or a severe stomach upset from something she ate. She will likely need medications through your vet to help her get back on her feet. In the meantime you can try offering her small amounts of Pedialyte non-flavored (diluted 50:50 with water) and small amounts of a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese. You can try offering a bland diet of chicken breast and cooked white rice to encourage him to eat (you can add a little extra broth for hydration).
