Why is my puppy not eating, vomiting, coughing, and losing weight?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 3 months and 25 days old | 5 lbs

Not eating food and if milk is given by dropper she vomits after some time,tried to give different food but she did not even comming towards food or smell she is also suffering from cough,and she is Very inactive and loosing weight.

It seems as Rosy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking Rosi to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Not eating, and throwing up food shortly after eating and no stool elimination are all very concerning and actually could point to to your puppy possibly suffering from a gastric or intestinal obstruction. Rose could also be suffering from a gastrointestinal infection. As an obstruction is a very serious problem and can only be diagnosed with a hands-on exam, I strongly recommend you take her to your vet for an exam, preferably today. Your veterinarian may want to take x-rays to locate an obstruction or rule out this problem and discuss treatment options with you.

Poor girl. Rosy likely has intestinal parasites in her belly, causing her to not gain weigh. Intestinal parasites can also give a bloated belly appearance. Rosy needs to have her feces tested at your local veterinarian practice or humane society and get dewormed for parasites. Even when puppies are negative, they are still dewormed regularly at this age with a broad spectrum dewormer (i.e. pyrantel palmoate). Why is my 6-month puppy congested, coughing, vomiting, and not eating?

Poor Ron! The congestion and the vomiting could be related or it could be two separate problems. It sounds like he likely has a respiratory infection. I would see your vet for an exam and possible antibiotics. Your vet will be able to do X-rays if needed to ensure he hasn't developed pneumonia as well. The vomiting could be from swallowing a lot of mucus or it could be something's separate like a bscterial infection, viral infection, eating something he shouldn't, etc. Your vet will be able to help determine this as well eith the exam. It sounds from what you are describing that Rosy’s decreased appetite is most likely related to a mild gastrointestinal upset or behaviour issue. I would advise the following Bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice. This will be good for her gastrointestinal tract and will tempt her to eat. Do this for a few days. Low sodium chicken broth if she isn’t drinking enough If she starts to vomit, have diarrhoea,seems lethargic please post another question here and I will help you further.
