Why is my unvaccinated puppy not eating or drinking after class?

Poor Poppy! Anorexia can be a general sign of many illnesses such as parvo, distemper, systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I'm concerned that she has been out in public with only one shot, and she could have picked up something serious. I would take her into a vet first thing in the morning to get checked out. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. I am afraid that Pixie may have the same disease that your other pup has which could be parvovirus. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have Pixie evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. I would be very concerned that Chloe hasn't gone potty for two days and isn't eating, and I would have him seen by a vet for it right away. It could be he has something more seriously wrong with him than food poisoning, such as a foreign body, causing his symptoms. I would not vaccinate him now either. He should only be vaccinated when he's healthy, which includes eating and going to the bathroom normally.

Vomiting, lethargy, not drinking and a loss of appetite are quite concerning signs, particularly in a puppy since younger animals are more susceptible to the affects of dehydration than adult dogs. Polly may have a significant gastrointestinal virus, a foreign body intestinal obstruction, parvovirus (unlikely if she was fully vaccinated), among others. At this point, the best thing you can do is take Polly to her vet for an exam and diagnostic testing to get to the bottom of the situation. Poor girl. She may have an internal illness that is making her not want to eat. Since it has been more than 24 hrs I would encourage you to take her to your vet to get checked out. She may have an infection, organ malfunction, or a severe stomach upset from something she ate. She will likely need medications through your vet to help her get back on her feet. In the meantime you can try offering her small amounts of Pedialyte non-flavored (diluted 50:50 with water) and small amounts of a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese.
