I would just give him a small dose of plain white boneless skinless chicken and white rice to help settle his tummy. If he is acting lethargic or continues to have vomiting or diarrhea, I would have a vet take a look at him. Small dogs like him can quickly get dehydrated. As these episodes are very commonly related to dietary indiscretion, I would recommend to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours.
