Is garlic or onion safe for young puppies? What can they eat?

Hi I have two puppies 1month and 9days old and I wonder if they can eat rice broth porridge wiith sprinked garlic and onion chives?

No. Both garlic and onion are toxic to dogs. The younger pup should be fed a puppy milk replacer, such as Esbilac or Pet-Lac, while the older one can get a gruel or slurry made by blending puppy food with a puppy milk replacer.
