Can dogs eat beef cooked with garlic if it's rinsed or boiled?

No. Both garlic and onion are toxic to dogs. The younger pup should be fed a puppy milk replacer, such as Esbilac or Pet-Lac, while the older one can get a gruel or slurry made by blending puppy food with a puppy milk replacer.

If it was only seasoned with garlic powder it likely won't cause any problems, however the other seasoning ingredients could cause some minor digestive upset such as vomiting or diarrhea. Uncooked rice itself may also cause bloating if a lot was eaten. You can feed a bland diet of boiled rice and chicken if your dog only ate a little and has minor GI upset, however if you see persistent vomiting or diarrhea, blood in the vomit or diarrhea, a bloated or painful abdomen, or your pup seems in severe distress, seeking veterinary care ASAP is best.

I would not risk giving her this even after washing it off. You may not notice any problems right away but it can cause anemia and other medical issues. It is not worth it. She doesn't need the lunch meat in her diet. ( petpoisonhelpline.com/poison/garlic/ )

Yes boiled rice is absolutely fine but should be given in moderation and always mixed with other type of food. In excessive quantities could cause constipation. This may result though in gastrointestinal upset. Watch your pup for symptoms consistent with gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, inappetence and/or diarrhea. Though more toxic in cats we can see symptoms in dogs from onions and garlic. Most commonly though we will see vomiting and diarrhea. More sever symptoms include abdominal pain, inappetance, collapse, increased heart rate, etc. I would monitor for the next 24 hours and feed a bland diet as outlined below. Feed this for the next 3-5 days and then transition back to the normal diet. If you notice any new symptoms, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Falcon so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Any oil isn't safe because it's a fat, plus avocado shouldn't be fed to dogs anyway as it causes GI upset. You can give Ricky boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and boiled beef, do not give him anything cooked in any type of oil or seasoned. Best of luck.
