Puppies can heal quickly so please feel the leg and as long as it feels normal and he doesn’t cry then you can give him a few days to recover. I’d keep him quiet and take him out for potty breaks only for a day or two. If he’s still lame then you’ll need a veterinary exam to determine the cause. Poor Naila! I'm glad to hear that she is playing and active after the fall. Fortunately, falling from the couch is a relatively short distance. At this point, since Naila is active with no signs of pain or injury, there is nothing you need to do. However, closely watch her over the next day or so to make sure she continues moving around normally, acting normally, and is eating and drinking appropriately. If you observe any changes, she should see a vet for an exam. I hope that all goes well!

At this stage, considering your description, she seems absolutely fine. I would recommend to monitor her for the next 8 hours and if you do not notice any sign (pain, lethargy, lameness, inappetence, vomiting, diarrhoea) there is no need for a vet check up.

I recommend monitoring her for lethargy, reduced appetite or evidence of pain (yelping when jumping or running, being pet in certain areas, or overall reduced activity). Given her age, she should be physically examined by your veterinarian. X-rays may be indicated to rule out fractures. Restrict her activity to just leash walks for elimination. Avoid excessive running, jumping or rough play. Do not medicate her as many OTC drugs cannot be used in puppies or may be toxic to dogs.

She’s adorable! Shivering can be a sign of discomfort. She will probably be sore and bruised from the fall so I’m not overly concerned about that. You may want to wake her to make sure she’s acting normal, and I would give her something to eat to make sure she’s able to eat normally. Luckily puppies are very resilient and usually heal quickly from minor injuries. Please take her in right away for treatment if she’s unable to eat, the bump enlarges, or she doesn’t act normally. I always advise that if an abnormal sign or behavior persists, worsens or other signs develop to always have your pet evaluated by your veterinarian right away. The fall may have caused some soft tissue/bone injuries or even internal injuries that are causing her problems. Also, she could be suffering from something unrelated to the fall. Your vet can examine her after gathering a history and then advise you on diagnostics/treatment. Possible tests include fecal/blood/urine tests and x-rays. Good luck
