This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if Bo is lethargic, take him to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.

Reign's eyes do look a little irritated to me. Potential causes include allergies, conjunctivitis, bacterial infection, blocked tear ducts, or dust getting in his eyes. If you have some saline for human eyes, you can use it to gently flush the eyes to remove any irritating debris. Continue to monitor him for 1-2 days, if it isn't better or if the redness gets worse, or if there is a yellow/white/green discharge, he may need to be seen by a vet for eye medications.

Place an e-collar (cone) on him to prevent rubbing or pawing. A cool compress may decrease swelling. Ideally, he should be examined by your veterinarian to diagnose and treat any trauma to the eye to prevent permanent damage or loss of vision. Any eye problem is considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take him into a vet immediately to get treated. Best of luck.

The eye must be checked immediately to make sure there is nothing wrong with it that requires immediate check up. A trauma, injury, acute inflammation/allergic reaction or infection could all be possible. Regarding the vomiting episode, I would recommend to withhold food for 12 hours and then start feeding her with a bland diet based in chicken and rice (boiled) in small portions every 6hours. Keep feeding her like that for 2days and then go back gradually to normal dietary regime.
