Our dog is constantly sneezing & it sounds like there's a slight whistling coming through his nose. He had an X-ray that shows nothing in his nose and Dr said he's at 100% oxygen. He is acting normal when he eats, plays, and goes to the bathroom w/o problem nothing seems different except sleeping he's freq. wakes up. If they don't see anything blocking or stuck in his nose what do I do? The vet also did a full blood work-up and everything is fine. No nose discharge but slight watery eyes.

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sounds like all of Winston's tests came out great. Maybe he is having some irritation from some allergen or irritant in the environment right now that is bothering him, similar to an allergy. You can definitely use antihistamines if it appears to be allergic but that is something that you would have to discuss with your veterinarian. Also, there are antihistamine eye drops for humans which can be used in dogs for problems with allergies. I hope Winston gets better soon.
