She could have a grass seed stuck in her nose, or it may have been stuck and moved on but caused irritation. The nose is biggeer than you think so often the endoscope is needed to have a good look and temive anything stuck. I would make her a appointment at the vet as it will likely come to that. If discharge is clear it couldnt have been stuck long as usually foreign mayerial causes an infection. If you want to try something first yku could get a syringe of saline (boil kettle, let cool add a little salt) and gently flush her nose. Do it slowly so that she does not choke on the water, she will swallow it. She may not tolerate this and if not do not persist as you could hurt her. If she lets you this may dislodge what is stuck or give the cavity a good rinse. If this doesnt resolve the issue it is time for the vet.

Poor Daisy! She is an older girl, and unfortunately this sneezing with blood in her snot could be due to a malignant growth (cancer) in her nasal cavity. It could also be due to a foreign body, fungal infection, or respiratory infection. Because this has been ongoing for a while, it's best that Daisy is seen by a vet either today or tomorrow. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, x-rays, and may look up her nasal cavity with an endoscope to diagnose what is causing her symptoms. Poor Mazie! A fungal infection like aspergillosis is certainly one possible cause of persistent sneezing and nosebleeds that are not resolved with antibiotics. Other possibilities would include a nasal foreign body, or a nasal tumor. I would recommend talking to your veterinarian about the next steps from here to try and get a diagnosis. In many cases, referral to a specialist for rhinoscopy and a CT scan is needed to determine the problem.

I am so sorry to hear that Mary Jane has this problem. Has she been treated for nasal mites? It is an uncommon problem but definitely worth a trial therapy prior to a CT. I also will typically perform a nasal flush under anesthesia before a CT as well. A nasal flush can help dislodge an object - I have found charcoal, carrot, grass, and foxtails on nasal flushes. She definitely could have inhaled an object with her head out the car window such as in your picture. Should these therapies not provide any improvement, then I would proceed with a CT at that time. I think you need to get a second opinion from another vet, preferably one who has a rhinoscope and can actually look into your dog's upper respiratory passages. By examining the nasal passages with a rhinoscope one will be able to see whether there is a tumor present or more plant debris or foreign material that may need to be removed and so stop the constant infections and bleeding. Your vet may be able to refer you to a relevant clinic.
