Poor Rosie! It does sound like she has a respiratory infection, and I think seeing a vet would be a good idea. She may benefit from antibiotics, so I would recommend taking her into your vet in the morning. In the meantime, if she's congested, you can also try using a humidifier or bringing her into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections.

These could be signs that Ruby has a respiratory infection. I would have her seen by a vet for these symptoms. If she does have respiratory infection, the vet can prescribe medications to treat her symptoms. You can also try putting her in a room in a humidifier or bringing her into the bathroom when you take a shower. The steam from either can help temporarily with any signs of congestion.
