Oh no, that was naughty of Zeus to lick up the carpet cleaner! Given that it was diluted by water and he only had a small lick, he should be fine. Because it causes hydrogen peroxide it can cause some GI upset in the form of vomiting, and I would monitor him for now. If you do see vomiting, anorexia, or lethargy, have Zeus seen by a vet immediately for a health check.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear about Sandy. Depending on the amount ingested or if he chewed the pieces or ingested them in big chunks, this may or may not cause a problem. If this happened recently you could bring Sandy to your veterinarian to try and induce vomiting and get rid of the foam. If it has been longer than 1-2 hours ago I would recommend continuing to monitor Sandy. It is possible that he will experience GI upset secondary to this material since it is foreign to his GI tract. It is also possible that the foam could lead to an obstruction if a large amount was ingested. I would recommend monitoring him for any vomiting, diarrhea, inappetance, or lethargy. If he develops any of these signs I would recommend having him seen by a veterinarian. They can perform x-rays to determine if the foam is causing a blockage in his intestines and discuss the need for further treatment with you. Hope this helps, good luck!

You would need to check with ASPCA poison control (https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control) to be safe, but I do not believe that the chlorox wipes contain bleach. However, they do contain some ingredients that can be irritating to the mouth. However, those ingredients normally take a while to show up as a problem. My suspicion would be that there was something in the wipe that tasted bad or was bitter which caused the foaming and that was irritating enough to cause the vomiting. He may be experiencing symptoms of having a gastrointestinal obstruction though other things like dietary indiscretion, pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, among other things could also be going on. For this reason, I recommend that you have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible to ensure that this does not become worse and to see if he will require therapy such as surgery if he is in fact having an obstruction.
