Dog has bloody diarrhea after moving. Is it stress or an infection?

If her feaces were hard, it could be that the blood is from straining to pass the poo. Maybe feaces were harder because of vomiting and being slightly dehydrated. As you say, she probably senses the move and the stress, I would recommend to monitor her for the time being but see a vet if blood persisting or if worried.

If he's eating and acting fine give him a day or two to settle into his new environment. The soft stool with blood may be due to stress. If it continues please take another sample in to check again for parasites as they can come back even if he's already been treated. If Teddy is acting sick do take him in sooner for an exam. I recommend taking Chloe to the veterinarian. This can be bloody urine which can be caused by a urinary tract infection, bladder stones or a kidney issues. The blood you are seeing in the stools may be stress colitis. I suggest you do the following: 1. Diarrhea can be the result of an intestinal infection, dietary indiscretion (eating something that upset her gastrointestinal tract), inflammation or even stress. Bloody urine is typically due to a bladder infection, bladder stones, a primary bleeding disorder or in rare cancers bladder cancer. She will need to see her veterinarian for urine and fecal testing as she will likely require medication to treat her issues. I hope this information helps!

This could be just from the stress of travel but since it has been going on for 3 days it is probably time to have her checked out. Other causes of diarrhea include intestinal parasites, viruses, GI blockages, and many metabolic diseases. An examination by your vet should help determine the cause.
