Although a picture of the injury would help to give you a specific answer, I would strongly recommend to have the eye checked by your local vet as soon as possible to confirm diagnosis and have the best treatment options. Antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops may be needed.

Hello, sorry to hear about Gambino. It looks like he may have blepharitis. This could be caused by a local infection or allergies most commonly. If it is not getting better or if it’s getting worse then he should be seen by his veterinarian to make sure he doesn’t need medications. Also have him evaluation if he develops discharge from his eye, if he begins to scratch at the eye, or if he is holding his eye closed. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Vincent is very handsome! It is hard to say by the pictures but it looks like he has an infection around his eye. I recommend taking him to a vet so they can get a closer look. They may want to stain the globe to make sure he hasn't scratched the cornea then they can get him on a medication to heal the area. Good luck and kisses to Vincent!

The most common tumors that we see along eyelid margins are tumors called Meibomian Gland tumors. It is generally recommended to remove them when they are small since it can often be done without general anesthesia. If they continue to grow, the surgery will be more invasive. I cannot pinpoint exactly what is going on but Bruno could have an ear infection with so much itching that he caused damage to his face. He could also be itchy following a bite from an insect or even a snake. I suggest you take him to the veterinarian as soon as you can. What you describe, does not sound comfortable at all for Bruno. Oh no poor Belinda! She could have a foreign body in her eye or a severe eye infection. Unfortunately I’m not sure what you mean by her “eye’s skin,” but I’m wondering if you are referrring to the outer layer of her eye. If that’s what you mean, she could have an ulcer in her eye. The symptoms you are describing are extremely severe and constitute a medical emergency. She has to see a vet now or she could risk losing vision in that eye forever. Please take her into a vet immediately.

I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to determine if he needs stitches, etc based on what the underlying cause for his lesion is and to start any treatment (antibiotics, anti-inflammatory) that may be needed.
