My border collie ate chocolate. Should I worry about a small piece?

My border collie has eaten a small piece of chocate, should I be concerned?

Border collie's are decent size dogs. One piece of chocolate if milk or dark should not cause a problem. Please repost if baker's or semi sweet chocolate, that is much more toxic. We would need Drib's weight and the amount, in ounces, that he could have eaten if it was Baker's or semi sweet chocolate.
