That is a very large tumor that has likely outgrown its blood supply and is opening up. You can’t tell what type of tumor it is without aspirating the cells. At this point, the best option is to remove the tumor but it’s so large that this may be difficult but not impossible. He is not too old for anesthesia unless there is an underlying health problem. Keeping it wrapped can help but you will have to make times in the day for it to air out for 30-60 minutes to help. You can apply a cold compress to help also When the wrap is odd make sure the area is well padded so it won’t irritate it more You can also look into baby socks around the feet snhe can’t scratch it or keep a shirt in that covers the elbow to protect it a little more.

I would not recommend using the liquid bandage product as it could cause further irritation. If you want to bandage this, then I would suggest using medical tape and gauze pads to keep it covered. If surgery is not an option you may want to look into cryotherapy to have the skin masses removed. This is a non-invasive way of removing small tumors. It is not always effective but is a good option if surgical removal is not an option for you. It is a bit difficult to advise you without seeing the tumor myself and I'm not 100% sure what your question is exactly. You want us to suggest something meaning what? To apply topically to the tumor? For bandaging? To stop the bleeding? I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. If the tumor is ulcerated she is most likely going to need to get some antibiotics. It is also very difficult to give you advice if we don't know your location.
