My senior dog's bleeding leg growth: too old for surgery or treatment?

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 50 lbs

My sisters dog he’s Tyson a staffy with a gangly on top of his leg it’s got nodule bits and bleeds a lot he’s 11 he keeps scratching it got big and I took picture it looks horrid but he’s eating drinking and hisself and too old for an op if you wrap up it bleeds and then if you don’t he scratches it what’s the best can it not be removed without anaesthetic

He is not too old for anesthesia unless there is an underlying health problem.
Keeping it wrapped can help but you will have to make times in the day for it to air out for 30-60 minutes to help. You can apply a cold compress to help also
When the wrap is odd make sure the area is well padded so it won’t irritate it more
You can also look into baby socks around the feet snhe can’t scratch it or keep a shirt in that covers the elbow to protect it a little more.
