Unspayed cat not eating, has discharge, hard belly. What's wrong?

That discharge is very abnormal. My guess is that she may have a pyometra (uterine infection). I suggest you get her to a vet as soon as you can. If you are not near an emergency vet she can likely wait until morning as long as she is eating and drinking OK. If she is acting sick then you need to find an emergency vet right now. This is not something you can treat at home. Best wishes.

I'm sorry Frankie isn't well! It is possible that she is pregnant, but I would also be concerned that this discharge you are seeing is from a pyometra. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus that requires immediate medical attention. Leaving it untreated is fatal. It's also serious she won't eat. When cats don't eat for a period of time, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. I would take Frankie back into a vet immediately. The vet can diagnose what is causing her discharge and why she isn't eating, and can treat her. Please know that if she does have a pyometra, spaying her is part of the recommended treatment. As Mia is not spayed, there is a possibility that she has a uterine infection, which could cause sepsis, Please take Mia to your vet ASAP for an exam. Your vet will want to do an x-ray or ultrasound to check her uterus. If she has a uterine infection (pyometra) then she will need surgery.

I see that Princess isn't spayed. I would be concerned that her accidents in the home and her distended belly is due to a pyometra. This is a life threatening infection of the uterus that causes it to become enlarged with pus. I would have Princess seen by a vet immediately. My recommendation would be to have a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose if she does have a pyometra. If she does, the recommended treatment is spaying her. If Sweety didn't eat for several days or isn't eating normally she will pass less stool which doesn't necessarily mean she is constipated. If Sweety is not spayed then I would be very concerned that she has a uterine infection (pyometra) which requires immediate Veterinary care and surgery to remove the infected uterus. This is a life threatening condition. Other possibilities is a urinary tract infection which also require a Vet exam and analysis of her urine and antibiotics. Discharge from the vulva of an unspayed female is always very concerning. Your cat may have a urinary tract infection or may have a more serious condition called a pyometra. This is where the uterus becomes infected. Pyometra can be life threatening. If this is what is going on with Panda she will need surgery to have her uterus removed. She will also need to be on antibiotics. I would recommend taking Panda in to see your vet as soon as possible so she can be evaluated and treatment can be initiated. I hope this helps. Best of luck. Anorexia, weight loss, pain, not moving normally, and the discharge are very concerning. Many things could be causing these signs so it's important to take her to your vet. Let them gather a history, perform a exam, and then advise you on diagnostics/treatment. Possibilities include hyperthyroidism (too much thyroid hormone), diabetes, other endocrine/hormone disease, kidney/liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, cancer, among other causes. Your vet will likely advise some fecal/blood/urine tests and possibly some x-rays or ultrasound imaging studies. An accurate diagnosis will direct the proper treatment. Good luck with her.
