No, do not attempt to pull it out. It could be a mass or a vaginal prolapse. Either condition needs to be addressed by your veterinarian. If she allows, get her into a carrier and take her to your veterinarian or the nearest veterinary ER. Left untreated, she is at risk of serious infection.

Keep watching her, but do not disturb her. If she does not produce another kitten in about an hour and the red bubble is still there and looks thick, like fleshy tissue, you need to take her and her babies to the vet as she may have a uterine prolapse, which can cause her to die, if it is not reduced.

This is likely the amniotic sac or a placenta. If Iris has been having strong contractions without producing a kitten, she needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian immediately. Never pull on anything that is hanging out of her since you don't know exactly what it is. Occasionally they can prolapse part of their uterus and if you pull on it you will make it drastically worse. The pictures are not clear but this must be checked by a vet urgently. I would be concerned that this is a prolapse (when internal organs poke out) and surgical repair may be required, urgent assessment is vital as damage and trauma can occur

I can certainly understand being worried! It's not normal for a cat to have a brownish fluid discharge, either pregnant or not. If she is pregnant, this can be a sign of a spontaneous abortion, or it can be a pyometra. Either is a medical emergency, and I would take Kiara back into a vet immediately.

Poor kitty! If she is still having contractions and something seems to be protruding from her vagina, I would be concerned that she may still have one or more kittens inside her. This is potentially a life-threatening problem, so I would recommend taking her to the vet right away for an exam. He/she can take x-rays to see if there are still more kittens inside her. If so, she will likely need an emergency c-section to get them out.
