My pregnant cat is limping and in pain. Will she be okay giving birth?

Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old

My cat is about to give birth but went out yesterday for a half hour and came back limping one of her back legs and is in a lot of pain when getting up or lying down will she be ok having her kittens

You should have her seen by your veterinarian and hopefully he can give her medication against the pain. Pain is stress and can cause her to have her kittens early. I think it is also important to check whether she was hit by a car or whether the kittens were hurt in the process of the injury to her leg.
Please take her to a veterinarian ASAP.
