My pregnant cat is crying. What home remedies can I use for her pain?

Hello, sorry to hear about Maanu. Depending on how far along she is, this may be a sign that she is going into labor. If so, make sure she has comfortable area that is private so that she may have her kittens. She may also be hungry as pregnant cats will have a higher demand for food especially if she is earlier in her pregnancy. She is likely crying due to hormonal imbalance. She may be in heat again. She may be pregnant, I don't know as I haven't examined her. I suggest you get to a vet and if she is not pregnant she needs to be spayed ASAP. She sounds like she is very sensitive to hormones and that is not going to stop without spaying. Cats do not show that they "miss" their babies or their other families by crying out loud. That is not normal.

When pregnant, cats do not go into heat. Scarlett is either in heat and isn't pregnant, or is pregnant. It's concerning that she is pooping a little bit of blood, this could be from a GI illness, a foreign body, a sudden change in diet, or eating something rotten. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps her if it's only a little bit of blood. Feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, there is still blood in the poop, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away. Please have Bella assessed urgently by your vet to determine if she is in true labour as there may be a kitten stuck which is an emergency for both mother and kitten. Severe cystitis or a miscarriage are also possibilities and she requires urgent pain relief

Vocalizing can mean anything from I'm hungry, I want attention, I am in pain, I want to play. If she able to walk? is she eating and drinking? has she had any vomiting and/or diarrhea, etc? Is her breathing normal? Without more info, I'm afraid we can't speculate on the cause.

Medications should be used very cautiously and sparingly in pregnant cats, and because I can't see your cats in person, I can't say if it's safe to sedate Meeyao. I would put her in a cat carrier to transport her, and put a light blanket over top so people cannot see in and she can't see out. That may make her more comfortable. Just make sure she doesn't get too hot in the blanket. Keep the a/c running in the car during trip, and you can put her carrier near the vet to keep her cool. Best of luck, I hope this helps.
