Is my 11-month-old Persian cat too young to breed while in heat?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed | 10 months and 29 days old | 5 lbs

My female persian cat is at heat for the third time so is it okay if we met her with male during the time of heat she is 11 month old

It is recommended to wait until they are a little older before having their first litter. In my experience, young cats are not good mothers to their litter. I would wait until she is 18 months-2 years.
