My kitten is vomiting and not eating. What if I can't afford a vet?
Poor Sebastian! This vomiting could be caused by a GI illness, pancreatitis, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Given that he hasn't eaten in 24 hours and is vomiting, a home remedy is not an option for him. Normally, it would be recommended that food is withheld then a bland diet is feb, but Sebastian is vomiting after not eating, so this home remedy would be unproductive and vets recommend a visit to the clinic if vomiting occurs in the absence of food when trying the home remedy. I would take him into a vet now, he should have medical attention. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants.
