Odie needs to see a veterinarian ASAP!! This is obviously not normal. Seizures in cats are not a good sign. Based on the fact that he is so young my guess is that he may have ingested a toxin/poison of some sort or sustained some trauma. There is nothing I can tell you to do over the internet.
