Why is my 3-month-old kitten shaking, twitching, and dry-mouthed?

Twitching in his sleep is normal. Kittens dream a lot. The shaking though when he is eating is unusual. It could be an intention tremor. I recommend to record the behavior and then have him examined by the veterinarian. Make sure to show the vet the video of Spirit eating. Considering his age and the signs you described, I would be concerned and recommend an immediate check up. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. Sorry to hear about Missy's current condition. The symptoms you are describing can be caused by things such as transient hypoglycemia, an infectious or inflammatory process, a neurologic condition, inner ear infections, or a cardiac condition resulting in weakness. If this kind of symptom persists for more than a day, or stops then repeats itself again, I would strongly recommend a physical exam with a veterinarian to rule out some of these conditions. If her temperature is low, it is important to try and bring it back up by placing her near a heat source (but not too close) and a heating blanket on top of towels so that it reduces the risk of burns to the skin from direct contact with the heating blanket. If she is not eating, you should administer 1-2 tsp of a sugar source such as honey or karo syrup and see if this helps. She may have low blood sugar. This also may be infectious and unfortunately the only recommendation for an infection would be to see a veterinarian for the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations. This sign is very concerning and may eventually be in a life threatening condition. Fever or extreme discomfort may be present. I would strongly recommend an immediate check up to confirm this clinical suspicion and have the appropriate treatment performed. Antibiotics may be needed.

Poor JJ. This sounds liked a medical emergency and I would recommend to take him to your nearest emergency clinic. JJ could be suffering from low glucose - you can try putting some Karo syrup or honey on his gums before you leave for the vet clinic. Unfortunately, JJ could also be suffering from a virus or even large number of parasites, anemia or much more. Your vet will be able to do blood work and other testing if needed and come up with a good treatment plan for him. I hope he starts to feel better really soon!

Tater is adorable! The signs you are describing can be due to a reaction to a flea/tick preventative or a number of toxins in the environment. It is definitely concerning that Tater is also having diarrhea and loss of appetite/energy as this can be caused by viral and parasitic infections. I recommend having Tater seen by a vet as soon as possible to determine what is going on and begin the appropriate treatment. Your vet will likely recommend a fecal exam and blood work.
