My rescued kitten has a scar, is shaking. What should I feed her?

She most likely has an infection and it can develop, if it has not already into an abscess. I would recommend trying to find an emergency veterinarian if you can. She most likely needs antibiotics. You can probably wait until the morning to take him in to your regular vet. Just try to keep him calm and comfortable until then the best you can. If he starts crying out in pain for no reason, is vomiting without stopping, or having any bloody vomitus or diarrhea you should take him in tonight. Otherwise he will likely be ok until morning. This sign is very concerning and may eventually be in a life threatening condition. Fever or extreme discomfort may be present. I would strongly recommend an immediate check up to confirm this clinical suspicion and have the appropriate treatment performed. Antibiotics may be needed.

I think you can safely wait until morning unless the clinical signs seem to persist or get worse. Small cats can definitely dehydrate or become hypoglycemic rather quickly, so persistent vomiting and diarrhea can become a problem. I would also consider separate the sick kitten from the healthy two until you have become certain that there is no infectious or contagious disease. Hope this helps!

Grey should really be seen by a vet as soon as possible., If this is not an option, you should keep him rested and offer small amount of water and liquid food every 2-3 hrs. You may have to use a syringe if he is not taking food by himself. Unfortunately, human painkillers are dangerous to cats and there are no home remedies either that can be helpful for Grey. It is hard to say what happened to him, he may have broken limb, muscular discomfort or painful abdomen from internal organ trauma. He needs full clinical assessment to find out what has happened.

What a cute kitten! Offering a meat flavored baby food may help entice him to eat. Warming his food may also allow him to smell it better which will help his appetite. Offer him small meals several times a day as his stomach is too small to eat a lot at one time at this age. Definitely have him rechecked by your veterinarian if he's not eating by tomorrow. I hope he's feeling better soon.

What an adorable little kitten! His eyes are open, so he's at least 3 weeks of age, but without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain his age. I would go out to a grocery store now to get him some KMR, which is a kitten formula. This will be safe to feed him via a bottle, and I will put a link below on how to bottle feed an orphan kitten.
