You should slowly replace the goats milk with the kitten milk until it is completely replaced. Kitten milk, whether the liquid or powder you need to prepare, has everything a kitten needs to grow properly, whereas goats milk is great but not the exact composition required for kittens.

No. Kitty was weaned by her mother between 5-8 weeks of age. She no longer needs milk and it could even upset her stomach. I would not recommend giving it cat milk at 8 weeks of age. Sometimes the cat milk can cause diarrhea in older kittens. I would recommend a dry or wet kitten food for a 8 week old kitten. This is the best food option at this age.

Some veterinarians recommend goat's milk for kittens so diluting some goats milk might be helpful, however at 3 months old she is definitely old enough to be eating kitten food. Kittens generally start to show interest in solid food around 4 weeks of age. It unfortunately sounds like she needs veterinary care - a big stomach can be a sign of intestinal parasites, and vomiting and defecating blood could be a sign of a serious infection. If she has not been vaccinated panleukopenia would be of particular concern.

A kitten at 8 weeks old is able to eat dry food just fine. If you want to put a little water or tuna juice on it to soften it you can but it is likely not necessary. If she will not eat the dry food you can always give her canned food. DO NOT mix it with cow's milk - that milk is not good for cats. If you must use milk you need to use kitten milk replacer. I am not sure if you are referring to vomiting, regurgitation or abdominal discomfort after eating? Three week old kittens are definitely at risk of intestinal parasites and should receive kitten deworming dosed accurately to their weight

It would ideally best to give good quality cat food for kittens as the diet would be more balanced and nutritionally complete to match all his needs. Cow milk is not necessary (even diluted) and can cause diarrhoea.
