Can I feed my 16-week-old kitten boiled chicken and diluted cow milk?

You should consider any "human food" to be a treat for your pet, and give small amounts every once in a while. Treats should only make up 10% or less of your pet's overall diet. A kitten at 8 weeks old is able to eat dry food just fine. If you want to put a little water or tuna juice on it to soften it you can but it is likely not necessary. If she will not eat the dry food you can always give her canned food. DO NOT mix it with cow's milk - that milk is not good for cats. If you must use milk you need to use kitten milk replacer. No. Kitty was weaned by her mother between 5-8 weeks of age. She no longer needs milk and it could even upset her stomach. I would not recommend giving it cat milk at 8 weeks of age. Sometimes the cat milk can cause diarrhea in older kittens. I would recommend a dry or wet kitten food for a 8 week old kitten. This is the best food option at this age.

Cows milk is not good to give to kittens because cats are lactose intolerant and it causes GI upset. Feed Tom a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. Unfortunately I can't recommend feeding a diet such as you are suggesting. Kittens need minerals (among other things) for proper growth, especially calcium and phosphorus, and they need to receive them at a specific ratio. Commercial diets specifically prepared for growing cats are formulated properly, and I would urge you to feed one of these.
