Is it safe if my 4-month-old kitten ate pepperoni from pizza?

I wouldn't worry about this. There's no way there is enough garlic powder in one slice of pepperoni to cause toxicity in an adult cat. As long as she is acting normal, I don't see a need to take her to the vet. I hope that helps and all is well with Mirz.

At worst, you may see some stomach upset (vomiting or diarrhea). Either can usually be managed at home with a short fast followed by a bland diet fed in small, frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. Transition slowly to the regular diet afterwards. Monitor for lethargy, persistent stomach upset, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. These are symptoms that should be addressed by your veterinarian.

You may see some GI upset in the form of vomiting and diarrhea in Gillian because dairy causes that in cats, but it's not toxic. If you do see GI upset, I recommend withholding food for 12-24 hours, then feeding a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet.

Oliver may be ok. Sometimes animals will get a gastrointestinal upset from eating something other than cat food. Oliver can develop pancreatitis from this also. That should not be an issue. It would be more common to see an upset stomach with diarrhea and vomiting after giving that type of meat to a cat. You should watch Lilly for the next 2 to 3 days for any bombing, diarrhea, weakness or belly pain. If she has any of those signs she should be checked out by a veterinarian.
