My cat ate parmesan cheese. Should I be concerned about her health?

They are not toxic but does the potential to upset her stomach. The only signs you are likely to see are vomiting or diarrhea because it may be too rich for her and cats can become lactose intolerant as they age.

There is no concern for toxicity here. Pepperoni may cause some upset stomach issues but other than that she should be fine. If you do see some upset stomach symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea), then you can try a probiotic (i.e. Culturelle over the counter) and a bland diet of lean ground beef and rice and pumpkin (not the pie filling) for a few days, then slowly transition her back to her normal diet. Cats should be primarily fed a balanced commercial diet (or carefully balanced home cooked diet) to assure that they receive all necessary vitamins and minerals. Since cats are obligate carnivores and are lactose intolerant, human foods are less than ideal. That being said, unless your cat is experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or inappetance, I highly doubt that the past two weeks of human food have caused any major issues.

That should not be an issue. It would be more common to see an upset stomach with diarrhea and vomiting after giving that type of meat to a cat. You should watch Lilly for the next 2 to 3 days for any bombing, diarrhea, weakness or belly pain. If she has any of those signs she should be checked out by a veterinarian.
