Hi, I'm concerned about my kitty, Buttercup. She had two kitties 3 days ago. Just to clarify, she is 5 years old and has had kittens before. Today she has been leaving the place where her kitties are and pacing around. She also been meowing a lot more than normal. I came to see her about 15 minutes ago and she was letting out really long meows, she NEVER does that. She has been eating and drinking normally. Right now she's nursing her babies.

I would be concerned too. I would recommend an examination with a veterinarian. They will likely want to take an x-ray to make sure there are no remaining fetuses in her uterus. This could be life threatening if there is. I hope she improves quickly and can enjoy those babies. Take care.
