My cat has had his dew claw removed by a Vet. He's been prescribed Ibuprofen for a painkiller. Is it okay for me to give him that? And how much in quantity?

Ibuprofen can be extremely toxic to cats, so I'm surprised your vet would prescribe that for Willow. I'm also surprised that if your vet prescribed a medication for him, they didn't give you the dose instructions. I would not give it to him at all. There are other, safer pain medications for cats that your vet can prescribe.
