Why does my female gecko have lumps in her armpits? Are they normal?

What does it mean when a gecko had bubbles or lumps on both sides of there armpits? Is it good or bad? This is a friend of mines gecko and I don't know if it's also normal but I don't know if in seeing things but is that another lump under(kinda on the side) of the geckos chin? This is a female

Hello. These are endolymphatic calcium sacs ( Chalk sacs ). They contain calcium that is stored in egg production & are completely normal. They will get bigger during the breeding season. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
