My leopard gecko got stuck. What to do for injuries and lumps?

Your gecko may have a small abscess that has formed because of a wound/injury. If you are unable to take her to the vet just keep an eye on it for now. It would be best to have Goji evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to sample this and determine what would be best to take care of it. Best of luck!

Monitor her for lethargy or difficulty walking for the next day or two. If she's moving slower or not at all, have her examined by your veterinarian or an experienced herp vet. Gently clean the abrasions/wounds with diluted betadine or chlorhexidine solution. Keep her on slate, paper towels or reptile carpet until she heals. You don't want any substrate contaminating the wounds and introducing infection. In the future, take Wanda out of her enclosure to feed her or simply work around the hide and other furniture to avoid accidents.

Hello, I'm so sorry to see this about your gecko. I am concerned by what appears to be exposed pink internal tissue. Geckos can commonly prolapse one of their major organ systems that leads to their cloaca (large intestine, urinary, reproductive tracts), and I am concerned this may be a different type of problem. In any case, this kind of tissue exposure is serious and will eventually lead to sepsis and death. I would recommend keeping the tissue moist with saline solution and a gentle lubricant gel until he can see a doctor. I hope this helps. The bump could be local infection or irritation. Monitor it for change or growth. Symptoms to look for are redness, increased swelling, bruising or sensitivity on that side. Make sure you don't have two males as this could lead to stress or bullying which can affect appetite. If you do have two males, provide a larger enclosure with multiple hides for them to use. Feed them separately if you can and use a kitchen scale to monitor the weight of the skinnier gecko. See your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles if there is no weight gain or weight loss. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites.

I am sorry that iggy does not seem to be feeling well. I am unsure exactly why Iggy has a swollen genital region. Also there is no picture to show what you found in the cage. I would recommend taking Iggy to the vet to make sure nothing serious is wrong. It is possible that he could have experienced trauma or even an infection. Keep her warm and as stress free as possible. If she continues to have seizures, she will need to be examined by your vet, an experienced herp vet or at the nearest veterinary ER. If the lameness persists or if her foot becomes swollen or bruised, she will need to have that examined as well for fractures or soft tissue injury.
