My crested gecko has a bump on its lip. Is it normal or serious?

Your gecko may have a small abscess that has formed because of a wound/injury. If you are unable to take her to the vet just keep an eye on it for now. If he will let you, a warm compress might help organize the lesions. Likely this will open and drain, but if it persists, a veterinarian should be seen. Good luck.

Make sure you don't have two males as this could lead to stress or bullying which can affect appetite. If you do have two males, provide a larger enclosure with multiple hides for them to use. A minor wound such as scratch could of being the original trauma, Terra's immune system moved melanin to the area as a way to fight an infection.
