Why does my Shar Pei have bleeding spots, runny nose, and sneezing?

This could be an abscess or a cyst that has grown and then ruptured. Shar peis also tend to have a skin condition known as mucinosis where thick fluid called mucin accumulates under the skin - it is possible that your dog is suffering from this condition as well. Im so sorry Luna isnt feeling well. Given her age and breed, the most likely culprit is allergies or an upper respiratory infection. The nose can be so inflamed from the aforementioned problems, it can start to bleed. I would be concerned about possible damage to the sinus tissue, a platelet disorder leading to her bleeding easier or even something like a bacterial infection causing a vasculitis which is when the blood vessels get leaky. I would recommend Lucy get checked out by her veterinarian so they can make sure she doesn't have any sort of bleeding issue or infection as if either those are present this could get worse.

Poor Dudley! This excess panting could be due to cardiac disease, being hot, or a respiratory disease. A respiratory disease could cause the mucus bubble as well. In this case, I think a health check for Dudley would be a good idea, and I would have him seen by a vet today for this. There are a couple of reasons why your nose is bleeding including a respiratory infection, trauma, foreign body, or toxin exposure such as rat poison. As for your mouth, it could be that there was some trauma to that area, and you may be licking it preventing it from healing. Because it's not normal to have a bloody nose and the fact that it is painful for you, I would speak to your human about taking you into a vet today or first thing in the morning. This can occur due to nasal infections (bacterial or fungal), foreign material in the nasal passages (such as grasses or awns), bleeding disorders or nasal tumors (benign or malignant).
