My dog sneezed blood from her nose but seems fine. Is she sick?

My dog sneeze with blood going out in her left nose but she had her same routine she's energetic she eat a lotis she sick?

Oh dear! Nasal bleeding (referred to as epistaxis) is concerning for Kimchi. This can occur due to nasal infections (bacterial or fungal), foreign material in the nasal passages (such as grasses or awns), bleeding disorders or nasal tumors (benign or malignant). Since she otherwise seems normal, it does not sound as though you need to rush to an ER vet today. You can wait and take her to the vet tomorrow for evaluation. I hope that all goes well!
