My dog sneezed blood from her nose but seems fine. Is she sick?

I would be concerned about possible damage to the sinus tissue, a platelet disorder leading to her bleeding easier or even something like a bacterial infection causing a vasculitis which is when the blood vessels get leaky. I would recommend Lucy get checked out by her veterinarian so they can make sure she doesn't have any sort of bleeding issue or infection as if either those are present this could get worse.

Poor Cali! It is possible that her nasal passages are simply irritated from her sneezing yesterday as a result of an underlying infection or allergies. However, it is also possible that her nasal bleeding (epistaxis) could be due to more sinister fungal infections, nasal cavity tumors, parasites, or blood clotting disorders. Poor Daisy! She is an older girl, and unfortunately this sneezing with blood in her snot could be due to a malignant growth (cancer) in her nasal cavity. It could also be due to a foreign body, fungal infection, or respiratory infection. Because this has been ongoing for a while, it's best that Daisy is seen by a vet either today or tomorrow. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, x-rays, and may look up her nasal cavity with an endoscope to diagnose what is causing her symptoms. Once a cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you.

I would definitely be concerned about the bloody nose. Since he does frequent the dog park, infections such as bordetella, influenza, or even contagious nasal mites are possible. I'm wondering if he has an upper respiratory infection causing the bleeding, or a foreign body, or a fungal infection. Apply gentle pressure to his nose if it starts bleeding again, or apply a cold compress to his nose to see if that helps. First thing in the morning, I'd have him seen by a vet to have this diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!

With a dog as young as he, my first guess would be a seed or bit of grass that he has sneezed into his nasal passage. Since he seems to be feeling okay otherwise I don't think he needs anything special done before he gets in to see the vet. If they don't find something else causing his sneezing, they may need to sedate him in order to explore his nasal passages for any sign of a foreign body.

Sneezing blood is always a concerning sign. It could be related to a serious infection in the nose, bad allergy, it could be due to a foreign material in the nose, nasal polyp, low platelet count or even a mass in the nose. If Febie is frequently sneezing with blood, you should take her to your local vets as soon as possible.
