My puppy has pee pads to help with potty training but she constantly pees at the very end of it, so I end up having to clean it up everytime anyway. Is there anything I can do to help her pee on the center of it?

He is very young to be trained so you are ahead of most by getting him that close. He likely needs more time to learn how far everything reaches and how to stand.
You can try to place a second pad next to it, to give him a bigger space. If the pad is in a corner or against the wall, it may need to be moved out some so he doesn't feel so cramped and can stand on more of the pad to help.
