Why can't my 8-week-old puppy walk? Legs collapsing, very tired.

I'm sorry to hear that your pup isn't doing well. I recommend taking him to an emergency clinic right away for evaluation. His blood sugar could be low, he could have a liver issue that is allowing toxins to build up in his system, he could have a congenital issue with his digestive tract, or something else entirely. Get some honey and smear it on his lips and gums and get him to a vet immediately. Small breed puppies can get low blood sugar very easily and if he does not have low blood sugar it won't hurt anything. Keep him warm and dry and get him to your vet now. He may need diagnostics and supportive care to help him recover.

This sounds serious and Blue needs to be seen by the veterinarian today. Losing function in the limbs is not normal and can indicate a serious infection, injury to the spinal cord, ingestion of drugs, medication or poisons, or tick paralysis. It sounds like Ingmar could have a serious health issue related to heart disease, seizures, or toxin exposure. I strongly recommend you have him examined by a veterinarian right away as some of these issues can be life threatening. Your veterinarian can assess Ingmar for a heart murmur and take X-rays to determine if emergency heart medication is needed. If seizures are suspected, then medication may be needed to prevent them in the future. Blood work should also be done to ensure no organ issues are present. Poor Olsen! It could be that he is feeling unwell, and I would monitor him for now as lethargy is a very general sign of illness. Make sure he is still eating and drinking normally, and using the bathroom normally. If he continues to be lethargic today, and/or stops eating and drinking and using the bathroom normally, I would have him seen by a vet for a health check.
