Puppy fell from cart, nose bled. He's fine, but should I worry?

It sounds like Raph has been very lucky. As long as he seems neurologically normal, there is no bleeding and his eyes focus normally without rotating strangely he should be fine. If you notice anything odd get him checked asap.

Hi. I'm sorry to hear about your kitten. Just watch her for any signs of continued nose bleed, decrease in appetite, lethargy, facial swelling, change in mentation, wobbly when walking. If she acts normal, is eating, drinking, interacting the same without any problems most likely she is going to be fine. Yes, I think he’ll be fine. Luckily puppies are very resilient and many minor injuries heal quickly in young animals. If there was a serious head injury he would be lethargic, not responsive or not eat or drink normally. He may have some discomfort on his head for a day or so but probably no lasting issues. Hello. In general you shouldn't have too many concerns with a ball in the face as long as it isn't too hard. If he is active and normal, and no bleeding I wouldn't be too concerned. Check to make sure he has no broken teeth and if they are broken they may need to come out, otherwise as long as he is normal don't worry. If he vomits, acts lethargic, or tremors/shakes he could have brain swelling but that is very unlikely.

I'm sorry Oliver hurt himself. He should be ok since he is acting normal. Monitor for a continued bleeding from the nose, dull mental state, vomiting, wobbly gait, tremors, or seizures. These would be signs of head trauma and Oliver should be seen right away.

She’s adorable! Shivering can be a sign of discomfort. She will probably be sore and bruised from the fall so I’m not overly concerned about that. You may want to wake her to make sure she’s acting normal, and I would give her something to eat to make sure she’s able to eat normally.
