Why is my 6-week-old puppy peeing constantly and dripping clear urine?
No, this is concerning, especially if Charlie is dripping urine or it isn't concentrating at all (completely clear), since he's not able to hold it more than a few minutes, and should be able to hold it 15-60 minutes when not eating/drinking/playing, etc, (Some puppies will pee twice and need extra time outside after their larger potty, but shouldn't be dripping or continuing to dribble urine after). I would schedule a vet visit to rule out any issues such as a functional bladder problem, diabetes, etc that could cause this.
Until you can get to the vet, tracking times he goes potty (after waking, eating, play is usually normal, just hanging out is not), and how much volume/consistency is present may help your vet figure out what is going on.
