My puppy keeps having crate accidents even after going outside.

Four months is a very young age still and one where I wouldn't expect Fendi to be completely potty trained. That said, she should still be able to hold it about an hour or two, and if she can't, then scheduling a vet visit to make sure there isn't a health issue related first is a good idea. If she checks out healthy, sticking to a strict potty training routine is best. This means going out every 1-2 hours, after waking, eating, drinking, playing, etc to give her opportunities to go outside. If she is pottying in her kennel, it may be too big for her (it should be just big enough to comfortably lay down and turn around in, but not so big she can potty on one side and lay on the other.) Blocking off the house so she has limited access and limited chance to have an accident can also help. It is very common for them to have a small relapse in their training around 6-8 months old. It could also be due to an urinary tract infection. I would first have her urine checked to ensure everything is normal. If so, I would take out all blankets. Sometimes they will relearn how to hold it if there isn't anything in there to soak up their urine. I had to do this with one of my own dogs and it worked after a few days. Just be sure to keep a strict routine and also don't let her drink a lot of water right before she gets in the crate in the morning. Also, do not leave water in the crate with her. It's possible Kiara may not be getting enough time outside to go potty. Even if she goes once and then comes back in, her bladder may not be completely empty. Keeping her outside and letting her go 2-3 times before bringing her back in may help. Other options include keeping her in a gated off area until she is potty trained/proves she isn't going to have an accident, using an enzymatic cleaner on any areas she has an accident to discourage her from going there again, or even using the tether method of attaching her to you by a leash so you can catch her before she has an accident may help. Harley is very little still so may be a bit confused as to what she needs to be doing. Puppies are also VERY easily distracted as everything is new to them! It may be that you are not giving her enough time outside to give her the chance to go. You may need to be outside a good 15-20 minutes with her (even if she urinates) until she gets the urge to go and successfully goes potty outside. Running her around with a toy or on a leash can help exercise and get things moving. If she doesn't go, then bringing her inside, waiting 30-60 minutes, and then going right back out and trying again will give her plenty of opportunity to go potty outside. If she does go, offer lots of praise and treats to help her learn that both urine and stool should be done outside!

It sounds like Eli isn't fully potty trained yet. I recommend using the basics. 1) have a set daily schedule. As soon as you wake up take her out, as soon as she's done eating, as soon as she's done playing, and before she goes to bed. 2) meal feeding- this helps determine when she needs to potty. What goes in will push the stool out usually within 15-30 minutes. 3) Use a lot of praise when Eli goes potty outside. Lastly, I recommend making the space within her crate smaller, either by buying a smaller crate or blocking off the back end so she only has enough space to stand up and turn around. If she has enough room to poop in one corner and sleep in another, she will have a hard time separating her bathroom from her den. Good luck and kisses to Eli!

You did not mention if this is a new problem with Kash or an ongoing problem. If Kash was previously kennel trained and has just started going in his kennel, then I would certainly recommend having your veterinarian examine him and check a urine and/or fecal sample to make sure there isn't a medical reason for this. If a medical reason has been ruled out, then I would work on positive reinforcement when he goes outside. That may involve longer walks (rather than just going inside as soon as he goes), treats when he goes outside or verbal praise/excitement when he goes outside. You may also need to change when you walk him. For example if he tends to go 30 minutes after eating, then you may need to wait a little after eating to take him on a walk. And if you just take him outside in a yard instead of out on a walk, then you may want to start walking him. When potty training a puppy, there will be steps forward and step backwards. It can be expected the puppy will have accidents while they are being potty trained. I wouldn't let Charlie have any water before going into the crate, and you are doing the right thing by putting her outside before going in the crate and only leaving her for a maximum of 3.5 hours.
