My 8 week old puppy as got some blood in her poo and she seems to be sleeping all day

Poor Charlie! I agree that parvo is always a concern with a puppy this age who is having bloody stool, even if he isn't having any other obvious symptoms at this point. It's also possible that he could have intestinal parasites, or an infection of some kind.
Extremely bloody stool like this always warrants a vet visit, so I would recommend taking him in today for an exam. Your veterinarian can test him for parvo, and may also do a fecal exam for parasites or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem so he can get started on appropriate treatment.

I'm so sorry your pet is ill. Any bloody stool can be caused by parvovirus, but unfortunately we cannot tell just by looking at the poop. Other possible causes for bloody stool are dietary indiscretion and intestinal parasites just to name a few. You will have to take your pet Shadow in to the vet to get Shadow tested to be sure.
