Why is my young puppy having bloody diarrhea and trouble staying warm?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 4 days old
My 4 week old puppy was weaned too early because the mom had 9 pups, this one was the runt of the litter. She is having watery/runny diarrhea with blood in it, she is having trouble keeping her temperature up because her litter mates are gone. Im trying my best to help her. I was told she is almost 6 weeks when she wasnt and was feeding her soft dog food.

Hi there! Sorry to hear that Bruzo is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have Bruzo evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. At the very least they can address dehydration if present and start him on anti-nausea medications. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for your boy!

Grundy really needs to see a vet. I would be worried that he may be showing early signs of Parvo virus. He may also be sick from intestinal parasites.
If he is dehydrated to the point that you can tell, he needs to get parental fluids from the vet (either in the vein or under his skin). You will never get enough fluids in him orally (by mouth) to rehydrate him. He will only get worse from here. Please get him to a vet for an exam ASAP.
