My puppy has blood in poop. Could it be roundworms or something else?

Can roundworms cause blood in puppy poop?

yes but so can many other things including other worms, protozoal infections, bacterial infections, dietary indiscretion and viral infections. I recommend to have Nala examined today to be safe. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
