What's causing my 9-week puppy's bloody, mucousy poop with string?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 3 days old | 5.5 lbs

hi I have a 9 week old puppy who is having some mucus and blood in her poop. I got her home last week and the first day she pooped fine but on the second day this started to happen. puppy also sometimes has some gurgling noises in her stomach. This morning she pooped again some mucus with blood a long string like thing in it. Can you please help i am really worried?

This sounds like she may have intestinal worms. I recommend using a puppy deworming treatment dosed carefully for her weight and repeated as per directions. A probiotic is also recommended to promote recovery. If she develops a fever or loss of appetite she must be seen by your vet
