My newborn puppies are two days old. Two of them have what looks like a blood blister on the tip of their tails. What might this be and how should I care for it?

This actually looks like some normal dark pigment on the tip of the tail. It does not look concerning at this time and should start to grow hair and look more normal in the next two weeks. Just keep an eye on it for now. If you notice any areas of redness, or flakey skin, then it's best to take them to the vet for an evaluation.

I hope that helps and everything goes well with the new pups.
