My pug puppy is shaking and vomiting. Should I take her to the vet?

She is probably shivering because her body is trying to adjust after losing so much food and fluid when she vomited. Try to keep her calm and comfortable for now. I'm so sorry to hear that Beax is not feeling well. We always get concerned when puppies do not eat and are vomiting. Adult dogs can go a while without eating, but puppies can get very sick very quickly if they are not eating and are vomiting. I would recommend having Beax seen by a veterinarian today. They will be able to evaluate for any underlying disease, see if she is dehydrated, and give her some anti-nausea medication to make her feel better. Good luck! I am very sorry to hear that Puffy is experiencing these problems, I am sure it is very unsettling for you both. There are a number of potential causes of such clinical signs, including dietary indiscretion, pancreatitis, forgein body obstruction, parasite infestation, infection, and ingestion of a toxin or poison. Because you have only noticed these signs over the course of a few hours I would continue to monitor Puffy at home. Rest Puffy's gastrointestinal tract by holding back food for a few hours. Then you can continue with a bland and easily digested food of the boiled chicken breast and white rice diet and provide plenty of fresh water. If Puffy does not improve, has nonstop vomiting or diarrhoea, you notice fresh blood, Puffy seems lethargic, in pain or depressed I would advise a trip to the veterinarian immediately. Yes, it sounds like Wonder is painful (shaking), and not herself due to the vomiting. She may also have a fever which could make her lethargic. She is a young dog so most likely she has a stomach upset from something she ate. If she can't hold anything down you should take her to your veterinarian for treatment. She could have eaten something bad, or have something caught in her stomach or intestines. They will do an exam then most likely blood work and an X-ray if needed to find the specific reason she is sick. Then they can prescribe the appropriate treatment. This is a fairly common reason dogs get sick and usually they improve quickly. I hate to hear that Pantufla is not feeling well! Just like humans, there are many many causes of vomiting and some of the causes can be very serious. Any pet vomiting beyond 24 hours should be examined by the veterinarian. Any pet who is vomiting more than twice in a day or not holding down water also needs to be examined by the veterinarian. I am concerned that the shaking you are seeing indicates abdominal pain which is very worrisome for an intestinal blockage or pancreatitis. I recommend to have Pantufla examined today. Monty sounds like he is very sick! It sounds like he has only had one round of vaccinations, so he is still susceptible to parvovirus, which can be a life threatening infection. Even if he does not have a parvo infection, vomiting and diarrhea can quickly dehydrate a young puppy. I recommend taking him to your veterinarian. Your veterinarian may want to test for parvovirus. He may need hospitalization and medications to help him feel better. Hope he feels better soon!
