Pregnant dog has yellow discharge near vulva and hind leg. What to do?

Any discharge when pregnant is concerning and i would recommend a vet check as soon as possible to rule out infection or early labor/puppy loss. The lameness may or may not be related and should also be assessed, to minimise pain and discomfort.

This is not normal, and Asuna has to see a vet immediately. This discharge can be a sign of a complication in her pregnancy, and she needs veterinary attention right away. It can be a sign of labor. A mucus discharge is normal when labor gets close. If you notice a green or brown discharge and there is no progression, then I would have her checked as this is a sign of distress. She is likely doing that motions to try to push and keep herself clean

I would discuss the use of Baytril with your veterinarian if you have not done so already. I'm concerned that Coco is having this heavy discharge and this may not be normal. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. I'd have her seen by a vet now for this to make sure everything is ok.

These are signs possibly related to a uterine infection/inflammation called pyometra. Personally I would start an antibiotic treatment (amoxycillin is harmless for puppies). If the discharge continue it may be worthy to discuss c -section.
