My pregnant dog has yellow discharge, shivering, and won't eat. Is she okay?

I would recommend taking her to your veterinarian to have her examined. It's possible that she has gastroenteritis, an infection, or any number of other diseases. Your veterinarian can take her temperature and may recommend an ultrasound to check the puppies' heart rates and make sure they are not in distress. It is very serious that Brownis is vomiting and shivering, and this can be a sign of a post-whelping complication such as a metritis (an infection). This causes vomiting and fever (shivering can indicate a fever). If she has it, the puppies may suffer from ingesting toxins passed in the milk, and it is therefore not safe to let nurse. You will have to bottle feed them if she has metritis, and you will need to get puppy formula from the grocery store. You can also get it from your vet, and I would take Brownie and her puppies into a vet immediately. She needs veterinary attention now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. This is probably pyoderma, which is a skin infection, it can sometimes be more common in pregnant dogs. if it seems to be getting worse over time you should take her to the vet in order to get an antibiotic course which will probably resolve the issue.
